So here’s the bits and pieces of what I’m calling my ‘Tea Party Chell’ outfit, which I may or may not be wearing to Supanova tomorrow. I think it’s pretty (though I could have done a much better job on the necklace if I’m honest.) so I’m showing off.

So I’m finally sitting down and taking a really close look at Aveline’s armour to start making my Aveline cosplay but

There are a lot of cosplays I talk about doing and I fully intend to do them, but like the crowning jewel most amazing cosplay I would love to do more than any other is, for some reason, Aveline from Dragon Age II. She’s one of my favourite characters, her clothes, especially when escaping Ferelden, are freakin’ amazing, and she’s the only character I know of I can portray with my natural hair color and manly features.

So yeah. One day.

 Someone got me thinking about Cats again; you know what the best thing about the Cats fandom is? The cosplay. It’s like the shining beacon in the fandom, it’s so amazing. I’ve seen people who have no idea what Cats even is totally fawn over Cats cosplay because those who do it are SO AMAZING GOD

I guess I just really want some honest feedback on it because my friends are notoriously good at avoiding giving me answers and this is essentially a cosplay I’ll be doing in front of my whole year level and that makes me NERVOUS AS HELL

turns out it takes longer to put on face paint than to take it off

I’ll be up at 5:00am to get shit ready on Wednesday, I just know it
